Terms of Use
By using Dunna you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Dunna is published and sold by Josue Luis Bueso Rivera, a natural person domiciled in Honduras. Contact: soporte@dunna.app.
1. Your account
- Dunna works without an account. An account is optional and needed to share lists.
- You can sign in with a code sent to your email, with a password, or with Apple or Google. You must provide an email that is yours and keep your access secure; you are responsible for what happens with your account.
- Your username must be 3 to 20 characters (lowercase letters, numbers and underscore). We reserve the right to change or remove usernames that impersonate others or are offensive.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app (see the Privacy Policy).
- Minimum age: 13. If you are under 13, you may not use Dunna.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Dunna for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm others;
- impersonate another person or give false data to deceive;
- upload or share unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- try to access other people's data, breach the service's security, or overload it with automated or mass invitations;
- copy, decompile or resell the app, except as the law allows.
If you breach these terms, we will notify you by email and you will have 7 days to respond or correct it before we suspend your account. In cases of serious abuse (spam, harassment, fraud or illegal use) we may suspend it immediately.
3. Shared lists
- Whoever creates a list is its owner and decides who it is shared with, with can edit or view only permission. They can change those permissions or remove access at any time.
- What you put in a shared list (names, tasks, subtasks) is seen by the people with access to it. Share it only with whom you want, at your own responsibility.
- Invitations are accepted with a code that expires after 7 days.
- Whoever receives a list can leave it. If the owner deletes their account or the list, it is deleted for everyone with access.
- If several people edit at once, the app merges changes and the latest edit may win for each field. Dunna does not guarantee to keep every simultaneous edit.
- The free plan has limits on shared lists and people; Dunna Pro raises them. Joining a shared list is free.
4. Dunna Pro: trial and subscription
- One-time free trial: when you first open Dunna you get 3 days of Dunna Pro, with no card, no automatic charge and no renewal. It is a single trial. When it ends, you return to the free plan and nothing is charged.
- Subscription: Dunna Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks Pro features, with monthly and annual plans. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- Payment: charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) using your store account's payment method. We do not see your payment details.
- Cancellation: cancel it from your Apple account or Google Play settings, not from Dunna. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dunna. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dunna. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. Deleting your Dunna account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: handled by the store under its rules; we cannot refund purchases made there.
- When Pro ends (the trial or the subscription): you return to the free plan. No data is deleted: whatever exceeds the free limits is hidden and reappears when you have Pro again.
- We may change Pro prices or features; the store will ask you to accept a price change when applicable.
5. Your content and our property
Your tasks and data are yours. You give us the permission needed to store them and show them to the people you choose to share them with, only to provide the service. The app, its brand, design and code belong to Josue Luis Bueso Rivera and are not transferred to you; we grant you a personal, limited, revocable license to use it.
6. Availability and changes
Dunna is provided "as is" and "as available". There may be interruptions, errors or changes to features. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
- Dunna is a personal organization tool. It is not a medical or emergency service, nor a critical reminder service: do not rely on it for appointments, medicine or deadlines whose failure would cause serious harm. Notifications may be delayed or not arrive depending on your phone and its settings.
- Data without an account lives only on your phone; if you lose it, reset it or uninstall the app, it may be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from using or being unable to use Dunna, or for what other people do with lists you share with them.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Dunna in the previous 12 months, without prejudice to the rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
- Nothing here limits rights the law grants you that cannot be limited.
8. Termination
You may stop using Dunna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or for legal or security reasons.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use Dunna afterwards means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras, and the competent courts are those of Honduras, without prejudice to the consumer rights your local law gives you.
